Refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on jewellery that has been tried on or due to wear and tear (eg. scratches or dents).  After 7 days we do not offer refunds or reimbursement due to broken clasps, broken chain links, stones that have fallen off or discolouration due to normal wear and tear

Only full priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. 

For personal hygiene reasons, jewellery that has been used or tried on cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer refunds unless your item is defective and this is at our discretion.

Our beautiful jewellery is gold plated and sometimes they may have visible light scratches or markings on their surface that allude to the standard gold plating processes. All of our jewellery is quality checked before being delivered to you. Any visible markings or light scratches at the time of delivery would be deemed an acceptable standard.  There are no refunds, returns or exchanges due to standard manufacturing processes. 

Exchange / refund / return 

If you are not happy with your purchase and would prefer another product or a refund, we will arrange for collection by our courier .You will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs for returning your item (R170) and for the cost of courier for the exchange item (R65 for main cities R125 - for outlying areas) The returned item must be in a re-sellable & unused condition. If you receive a refund, the cost of courier and return courier will be deducted from your refund.

Your goods are inspected for defects before shipment. Variance in goods do occur. If we miss something, and your goods are found to be defective once you receive them, this must be communicated with a picture within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace the item(subject to stock availability). If the item is not in stock, this will be communicated to you and arrangements will be made for a refund.
